What is God's view of Sexual Immorality and Homosexuality?

Leviticus 18:22-23
Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind:
it is abomination.
23 And thou shalt not lie with any beast
to defile thyself therewith;
neither shall any woman stand before a beast,
to lie down thereto: it is confusion

Romans 1:25-27
for that they exchanged the truth of God for a lie,
and worshipped and served the creature rather
than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile passions:
for their women changed the natural use into
that which is against nature:
