Jesus said at Matthew chapter 7:15-20 15 Beware of pretended prophets who come to you in the garb of sheep but are rapacious wolves inside. 16 You will recognize them by their fruits: do people pick grapes from thorns or figs from cockleburs? 17 thus every good tree produces good fruit, but a foul tree produces bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor a foul tree good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not produce good fruit is cut out and thrown into a fire. 20 Hence you will recognize them by their fruits. By simply examining their fruits, false religion is exposed |

Your Bible clearly identifies false Religion 1 In the book of Revelation, the Bible describes the world's collective body of false religions as Babylon the Great, which God rejects. Although those religions differ in many respects, in one way or another they all lead people away from the worship of the true God, Jehovah.
Revelation 14:8; 17:5; 18:21, Deuteronomy 4:35
| 2 Babylon the Great is a symbol. The Bible describes her as “a woman” and a “great prostitute,” having a name that is “a mystery: ‘Babylon the Great.’” The book of Revelation is presented “in signs,” so it is reasonable to conclude that Babylon the Great is a symbol, not a literal woman. In addition, she “sits on many waters,” which represent “peoples and crowds and nations and tongues.” A literal woman could not do that.
Revelation 17:1, 3, 5 Revelation 1:1 Revelation 17:1, 15
| 3 Babylon the Great represents an international entity. She is called “the great city that has a kingdom over the kings of the earth.” Thus, she has international scope and influence.
Revelation 17:18,
| 4 Babylon the Great is known for her “spiritistic practices.” That shows her to be a religious organization, not a political or commercial one. Ancient Babylon was a profoundly religious city, known for its use of spiritistic “spells” and “sorceries.” In fact, false religion in opposition to the true God, Jehovah, was practiced there. The rulers of Babylon arrogantly exalted themselves above Jehovah and his worship. Likewise, this worlds religions continue to exalt themselves.
Isaiah 47:1, 12, 13; Jeremiah 50:1, 2, 38, Genesis 10:8, 9; 11:2-4, 8, Isaiah 14:4, 13, 14; Daniel 5:2-4, 23 Revelation 18:23
| 5 Babylon the Great cannot be a political entity, because “the kings of the earth” mourn her destruction. Neither is she a commercial power, because the Bible distinguishes her from “the merchants of the earth.”
Revelation 17:1, 2; 18:9 Revelation 18:11, 15
| 6 Babylon the Great fits the profile of false religion today. Rather than teaching people how to draw closer to the true God, Jehovah, false religion actually leads them to worship other gods. The Bible calls this “spiritual prostitution.” Beliefs such as the Trinity and the immortality of the soul and practices such as the use of images in worship date back to ancient Babylon and continue to permeate false religion. These religions also blend their worship with love for the world. The Bible refers to this form of unfaithfulness as spiritual adultery.
Leviticus 20:6; Exodus 34:15,16 Matthew 15:9 James 4:4
| 7 False religion’s wealth and showy display of it match the picture that the Bible paints of Babylon the Great, who is “clothed in purple and scarlet” and “adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls.” Babylon the Great is the source of “the disgusting things of the earth,” or the teachings and actions that actually dishonor God. The members of false religion are the “peoples and crowds and nations and tongues” who support Babylon the Great.
Revelation 17:4 Revelation 17:5 Revelation 17:15
| 8 Babylon the Great is responsible for the deaths “of all those who have been slaughtered on the earth.” Throughout history, false religion has not only fomented wars and fueled acts of terrorism but has also failed to teach people the truth about Jehovah, the God of love. This failure has contributed to much bloodshed. For good reason, those who want to please God must “get out of her,” separating themselves from false religion.

The Church began crusades from late in the 11th century
and lasted into late in the 14th century
They were intended as a way to cleanse the church and
prepare for the second coming of Christ.
it was believed that all Jewish people needed to either be
converted or dead before Jesus, millions of people were killed.
Many Muslims were also killed when the Christian crusaders realized
the vast riches they had accumulated and pillaged their cities and villages.

Your Bible clearly identifies False religion referring to it . . as "Babylon the Great" and called it a "great prostitute" If we want to please God. . . We must "get out of her" |
Who is Really behind False Religion?
Your Bible clearly identifies this person, your Bible calls him Satan, which means “Resister.”
Job 1:6.
and Devil, which means “Slanderer.” Revelation 12:9 He is also called Serpent,
which is used in the Bible to mean “Deceiver.” 2 Corinthians 11:3.
Satan has concealed himself so well that many doubt that he is a real person.
We should not be surprised that many people don’t believe that the Devil is real.
Your Bible says that Satan uses deception to accomplish his aims.
2 Thessalonians 2:9, 10; 2 Corinthians 4:4.
Some view Satan the Devil as just a principle or quality of evil that exists inside us.
However, the Bible records a conversation between God and Satan. Job 2:1-6
God is perfect, so he could not have been talking to an evil part of himself.
Also, Satan tempted Jesus, who is free of sin. Matthew 4:8-10; 1 John 3:5

What are Satan's goals
|
1 Peter 5:8
Tells us to "Keep sober; keep awake. Your antagonist the Devil is walking around, like a roaring lion, looking for somebody to swallow down;". Clearly, Satan wants us to join him in his rebellion against God. He deceived the first humans into following him. This led to their death. which they passed on to us Romans 5:12 Tells us "For this reason, just as it was through one man that sin came into the world, and, through sin, death, and thus death went on to all men inasmuch as all sinned". When Adam and Eve were created, God told them that they would die if they disobeyed Him, Satan told Eve that she would not die. Ask yourself: who lied God or Satan? Remember, Jesus called Satan "the Father of the lie" John 8:44 Where would Adam and Eve be today if they had not been misled by Satan? If the only mention of them dying was for disobeying God, it stands to reason that they would not have died. It is clear, God's purpose was to have obediant man live on earth forever. Why do the religions of the world not teach this basic bible truth?

Bible Truth or false stories. It's your choice
Jesus words at:
Mark 7:7,8 Tell us "and they adore me vainly, inculcating teachings that are commands of men.’ 8 You let go the commandment of God and insist on the tradition of men.” 2 Timothy 4:3,4 Tell us "For there will be a time when they will not stand sound teaching, but to suit their own desires will pile up teachers for themselves as they get their ears tickled, 4 and avert their ears from the truth and turn off to the fictions." 2 Corinthians 11:13-15 Tell us 13 "For men of that sort are false apostles, tricky workmen, reshaping themselves into apostles of Christ’s 14 and no wonder, for Satan himself reshapes himself into an angel of light, 15 so it is no great thing if his agents too reshape themselves like agents of righteousness; their end will be suitable to their deeds." Remember: Teachings including the cross, the Trinity, the immortal soul, and eternal torment were borrowed from those who worshipped false gods. Worship that promotes such teachings is “in vain,” or useless, because it replaces God’s requirements with religious traditions.
